Our Mission

I am Georgia, founder of
The Better Days Project .

Fear has been with me for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it was loud, sometimes quiet, but always there. Over time, I learned to live with it. I found people who understood me. I was able to talk, accept help, be honest, and that's exactly what changed everything.

This experience led me to study psychology. But at some point, I realized:
I want to do more.
Think bigger. Speak up louder.

Not everyone is fortunate enough to be heard. Not everyone grows up with understanding . Too many people don't get the help they need.

The Better Days Project
is my way to change that.

"it's okay not to be okay"

Why this project exists

I founded The Better Days Project because I firmly believe that something needs to change.

Because mental health is just as important as physical health. Because no one should be ashamed of their feelings or thoughts. And because too many people don't get the help they need .

Our products are designed for everyone : for people who are ready to talk openly about mental health and for those who don't want to talk about it yet but want to make a silent statement.

Our clothing carries messages. Some are visible, others are deliberately subtle.

Because every piece should strengthen, connect and create a sense of understanding.

Hope for better days

The name stands for hope, for the belief that after dark days, better ones will come again.

We donate 10% of our profits to Pro Mente Austria to support projects such as “First Aid for the Soul”

so that more people get help early and mental health finally finds its place in society.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for being a part of it.
